my hatred for julie fucking plec can’t be measured

Dear Julie Plec

Julie, Julie, Julie……I know you can’t please everyone, but couldn’t you at least TRY to please SOME of us fans?! I admit it, I totally didn’t see the pregnancy story line coming, and once it was revealed I was too shocked to even process it. But now I have and I have to say I’m really disappointed. Joseph Morgan has proven to be an exceptional actor - and last night’s episode was no exception - but why on earth would you have Haley of all characters be the mother of his unborn child?! I have nothing against her but we’ve barely seen her at all and know nothing about her.

Seriously, if you insist on using the tired pregnant vampire storyline, then keep Klaus on TVD and invest some time in a relationship with Caroline and then make HER pregnant. Or make Klaus flawed and a bad ass but still with a heart. Something, anything to change where both TVD and The Originals is headed, because there are soooooo many changes that need to be made to make the show great again.

And while you’re at it, Julie, here are some other “tips”:

1. If you insist on using Bonnie as a plot device, then really limit her screen time (she’s an annoying character anyway)

2. Matt is seriously underutilized and we never see him which is a shame b/c the few scenes he has he’s shown great acting skills.

3. Get rid of the Silas storyline. It’s too long and drawn out and isn’t that interesting.

4. Make Tyler’s absence a permanent one. Honestly, does anyone really even notice he’s gone?

5. PLEASE for the love of God, give Caroline an awesome killer storyline that doesn’t involve pining over Tyler.

6. And lastly, let Elena BE! Let her screw up enjoy life and stop trying to make the only thing for Stefan and Damon to do is try and “fix” her. Give Stefan and Damon other storiess besides Elena!

Maybe Kevin Williamson should come back.

WTF happened to Vampire Diaries?!

Okay, Julie Plec, it’s time to actually listen to the viewers because, quite frankly, we are seriously pissed off. When you have die hard fans saying things like ‘Hayley needs to be killed off’ and ‘if you pull a Twilight on us, I swear I will boycott both shows’, then you know you better pull a fast one to get the show back in order!!

I must admit I went in to the episode with high hopes. I was so excited when it started and I had almost given up on Caroline even doing so much as one crossover because the way Joseph described Camille, it seemed like a viable second option and I was okay with that. Unfortunately, she along with almost every other new character was overshadowed by the baby plot. I’m a Klaus groupie first and a Klaroline shipper second so I ship Klaus ruling and taking back his kingdom with allies and Caroline coming to him in the end once she’s ready. But that story along with everything else in the show was put down hard by a plot that made no sense and lazy writing and will forever tie Haley to Klaus even if the show isn’t picked up. I felt that the writers were making fun of us, the fans aren’t stupid, we believe certain things but there is a limit to what we will go along with and I think I just reached mine. Usually baby plots are introduced much later in a show or movie (case in point Connor and Renesemee) and they don’t go over well because it ruins the illusion of the beautiful immortal sexy and seductive vampire… which is where I think the root of my problem lies. I love Klaus but not as a father, I was all for him finding redemption with his family and maybe possibly falling for Camille later on but I think like most people, this was not a smart way to go.

Most pilots aren’t great and some are even down right bad but generally there is something there either with a new character or the general ambiance of the show that hooks people and then they wait for it to get better. But my problem comes with the fact that as a of right now my interest is at 10%, which is sad because after 4x19, I knew that I was probably not going to watch TVD next year, and that the Originals would be a nice alternative. Today I feel let down and led on more then anything else, not angry but just not interested in watching either show.

I feel bad for Joseph because he was so excited saying that we had to watch and that is was going to blow are minds in a good way.
Everything besides the baby plot was spot on to what he was saying but the baby plot was overkill and might just be it’s Achilles heal not to mention that very little people like Haley so we could not even sympathize with her, I was actually hoping he would kill her and that’s just sad for the actress…who by the way does not deserve hate for the writing, it’s not her fault.

I usually have a mark for every book, show, film, character, etc I get to know about.

Readying the website about the sin off I had an 8/10. Until I saw Hayley’s name. Then it turned a 2.

Then they tell us, no new love interest for Klaus and the show turns a 4, for still having Hayley.

Then (I still haven’t seen the episode - really thinking about it) Hayley is pregnant. Yeah really… the show is a fucking 1.

I was so fucking excited about the spin off and now all i can say is WTF?! I’m so disappointed because Plec ruined a great show with so many awesome characters and made it a cheap Twilight copy.
